Don't know if you have Red Rooster in Alabama, but this non chicken pirate looks like a relative. But he aint chicken of course - although his leg might have become a drumstick :) I like the lines you did for shading!
Thanks all, for your comments! Mark, I'll try not to draw anything food related next time! ( OH...and if you are not from the U.S., Chicken of the Sea is a popular brand of tuna.)
Thanks for your comment. You might find that track using Pretty Things under different song titles if you know any. I find it can be a bit random but probably depends on the software. "Midnight to Six Man" is a good old rollicking get-yer-strides on and be young and live it song, in the quintescential British 60's r&b style just before the LCD kicked in. Upfront arrogant vocals living-for-the day (night in this case). The Pretty Things were beautiful and raw and this song is them. I love my music, see how long this comment is! ....::::)

This made me laugh. I was slow on the 'Chicken of the Sea' (thanks twisselman). Great pun.
You are obsessed with food lately. Are you pregnant?
HEY! You edited your profile!
Yay you!
This has gotten my "laugh out loud" award for the day. The fact that he learned to sail a ship in itself was legendary.

Captain James T. Cock?
Excellent work and very funny subject... Apparently "fowl" weather doesn't bpther him a bit!
You have a lot of great sketches in your blog. Your characters are cute. I really like the texture in your IF-Flavor illustration.
He's also lost a leg end. Quite a dynamic composition, and FUNNY. The 'Evil Eye' post is wickedly so....)
Love it. Great job

Really funny illo!
Cock of the North Sea!
Arrr... old peg-leg the rooster, riding on the high seas. Hee hee hee

LOL twisselman. This is a very fun illo. keep it up.
Thanks guys! This one was fun. I almost titled it "Chicken of the Sea", but decided it would be more fun to see if anyone figured it out.
