SPRING

TIME TO PLANT....
I used to save my seeds to share. I would put them in an envelope and draw a picture of the flower on the outside. Remembering that gave me the idea to draw these little seed packets.

The back one looks really "cockeyed" in design.I had intended to fill in that white space on the right with flowers, but I got lazy.

Brilliant idea - both the sharing of the seeds and the packets for IF.

I love the idea of sharing seeds instead of paying for them!

What a lovely idea to share seeds through envelopes with self-painted flowers on it.
These four packages here look great!
I support Ldahl´s suggestion :)

Seed packets can make good musical instruments when you shake them as well as growing plants. Cool idea.

Hi Janet!!! I was hoping you would do something like this! I looooove this! The colours are perfect, I love the way you arranged these packets and staggered the back one. Wonderful, well thought out, charming and everyone can relate to this even if they are not a very good gardener, like me! Great work as usual!!!

Coincidently, I got a packet of wildflower seeds from Miss Sam Duffy of England just the other day. Baltimore's weather is kinda lousy at the moment for planting as well, but I have special plans for these wild flowers.
